Any resident within the countries of Zohoor Alreef, Le Verger Shop or Durance stores presence and above the age of 18 is eligible to apply for the MAZAYA. Application can be made through any of the following option
The Membership is classified into three categories as
On receiving the membership card, the members can go online (www.mymazaya.com) and activate their online account.
The members are also eligible to give the additional sub cards to one of their family or friends.
The membership would become inactive if there are no transactions against the account for over a period of 12 months. In such a situation the members would require to contact our Customer Relations contact center at Toll Free: 8003044666, Unified: 920002277 or firstname.lastname@example.org to request for a reactivation of the account.
On every in-store purchase, the members need to present their membership card during checkout to avail the rewards points for Primary/Special/Royal members and special discounts for Special/Royal members.
For on line purchases, the member needs to ensure that his/her membership ID has been mentioned in his/her e-commerce purchase account. The member has to be a logged into his/her account during purchases to avail reward points only.
The members would be able to view and manage their accumulated rewards points and the current points available for redemption in their online membership account at (www.mymazaya.com).
Apart from purchases members are also rewarded with bonus points on various activities in their account as mentioned below
The accumulated points are valid for redemption only for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
The reward points accumulated by the members could be used to redeem various Gifts available for redemption on the site (www.mymazaya.com).
The customers could log into the web application or mobile application and select the required gifts for redemption. The cost of each gift in terms of points is mentioned below the gift. Once the request for redemption has been sent, the CRM team would process and dispatch the gift to the customer preferred Zohoor Alreef outlet for collection.
The redemption requests received before the 25th of each month would be processed in the same month and any request received on or after the 25th would be processed in the following month.
The members would be able to tract their request on their account.
Redemption could only be started after 14 days from the date of first registration and the members should have minimum 500 valid rewards points in their account.
The members are required to present a valid photo ID card while collecting the gifts from the stores.
