What is MAZAYA??

If you shop often at our outlets across the GCC and Morocco, MAZAYA adds value to your shopping experience by offering great discounts, rewards, Gifts and much more benefits. By signing up for MAZAYA, members get:

  • Life time free membership along with one additional sub membership.
  • Avail special discounts and rewards points on purchase and activities like providing feedback, participating in surveys, introducing new members, promotions on social media etc.
  • Redeem rewards points against gifts which could select in-house products, other luxury brand products or special services etc.
  • Receive bonus gifts, monthly newsletters, special invites to events and promotions etc.

How do I sign up?

There are different ways to enroll into the programme:

  • Download and register using I Phone application (app store link)

Is there a minimum spend amount or a joining fee to become a member?

There is no minimum spend amount to become ‘MAZAYA’member and it is free for life. Any resident of the country with Zohoor Alreef, Le Verger Shop or Durance presence and above the age of 18 is eligible for registration.

The application asked for personal information. What about my privacy?

TThe privacy of MAZAYA customers is of utmost importance to it and it has strict policy against sharing of its member information. Access to non-public information of the members is restricted to very few top level executives within the organization and strict procedures are in place to protect the same.

Does MAZAYA offer a family membership option?

The program allows the members to give the additional sub cards to one of their family or friends.

My membership information has changed. How do I update my profile?

TThe members can update their Profile by logging into their account online (www.mymazaya.com) or by contacting Customer Relations contact center at Toll Free: 8003044666, Unified: 920002277 or info@mymazaya.com.

My membership card looks like a credit card. Can I use it like one?

No, the membership card is not a credit card. It is to be presented along with payment at the time of purchase at outlets to earn points and discount. It needs to be presented while collecting the gifts which have been dispatched to the store requested by the customer upon redemption of the reward points.

Can my membership ever become inactive?

The membership becomes inactive if there are no transactions in the account for over a period of 12 months. To reactivate the account, the members need to contact Customer Relations contact center at Toll Free: 8003044666, Unified: 920002277 or info@mymazaya.com

I lost my membership card. How do I get a replacement?

To order a replacement card, the members need to contact Customer Relations contact center at Toll Free: 8003044666, Unified: 920002277 or info@mymazaya.com. A replacement card would be send to the customer preferred store. The member would be intimated by email or SMS for collection.

If I request a replacement card, will it have the same account number?

Yes, the replacement card would have the same membership ID number.

How do I earn points?

The members can earn reward points by

  • Purchasing from any of Zohoor Alreef, Le Verger Shop, or Durance stores or through website (www.mymazaya.com)
  • Completing the various sections of membership profile
  • Providing Feedback on service, products, store locations etc.
  • Social Media activities for instance sharing or liking on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube etc
  • Registering of genuine complaints.
  • Participation in Surveys.
  • Introduce new members

How many points do I earn for my purchases?

The number of points the members can earn depends on the amount and period of the purchase or the location or the product.The Points Calculator tool would help you to verify the points earned.

Can I earn and redeem points across the different countries in which the Programme operates?

Yes, the program allows its members to accumulate points across all the countries where there is a presence of its stores (whether direct or franchisee).

Can I earn points if I don't have my membership card or number at hand?

The points cannot be earned without present the membership card

How long does it take for points to reflect in my account?

Points which earned on purchase transactions would be credited to the member account within 48 hours

How soon can I use my points after purchase?

Points are available for redemption after 14 days from the first registration and with a minimum of 500 points

Can I transfer points?

No, the points cannot be directly transferred to another account.

I forgot to present my membership card at the time of purchase. Can I submit any proof of purchase and earn points retrospectively?

No, points cannot be earned retrospectively.

How do I check my points balance?

The members could check their point balance through

When do my points expire?

Base, Bonus and Miscellaneous points are valid for a period of 12 months from the date they were earned. Once expired, points cannot be credited back to the account.

How do I redeem my Points?

The reward points accumulated by the members could be used to redeem various Gifts available for redemption on the site (www.mymazaya.com), mobile application or Customer Relations contact center at Toll Free: 8003044666, Unified: 920002277 or info@mymazaya.com.

The gifts which are available for redemption could be

  • Selection from Zohoor Alreef/LVS/Durance products.
  • Selection of VIP gifts bought specifically for loyal customers e.g. Vanity bags, accessories etc.
  • 3rd party gifts: air tickets, hotel rooms, watches, club memberships etc.

What do I need to collect the gifts?

The members need to present the membership card and a valid photo id to collect the gifts at the requested store. The name on the valid photo id and the member profile in LMS system should match.
